Cancellation policy
A Credit card number is taken and validated, the client pays nothing
if notice of one working day is given. A 'working day' being a day
that the Tourist information centre is open to enable the rebooking
of the room.
For bookings of six or more rooms the period of notice is extended
to five days. If a charge is made it will be for the first day of the
stay.
If a customer does not check in on the first day of the stay and no
notice is received it will be assumed that any subsequent days are
not required and will be cancelled automatically.
Check in, between 2 and 7 p.m. unless by prior arrangement.
In the case of weddings every effort is made to ensure the room is
available to dress for the wedding.
Checkout by 10 a.m unless by prior arrangement.
